new to crypto, and the only transactions i will be making are 50-60 usd to bitcoin where i will be sending it immediately. i used coinbase but they made me hold it for a week before i could do anything. from what i’ve heard, either strike, kraken, or swan would be the best. just wanted to get some extra input before i start doing this a lot. lowest fees are preferred obv

New guy here too. I’ve had good luck with cash app. You gotta give them all your deets including a debit card for quick funding. Sending to my offline wallet takes a long time but its free. Before cash app I used Kraken. I stopped because their website is buggy. The last few times I had to contact customer support. Made me uncomfortable to use.
Hodlhodl might work here
Most exchanges hold your coins until our Legacy financial system processes your deposit. So there is a good change you will experience that everywhere.
Strike and Kraken both offer Lightning withdrawals. So definitely look into that.
You can get a non-custodial Lightning wallet and just send your new sats to it for free.
The phoenix wallet is a great example here. Although the first transaction to your wallet will cost you a dollar I think, after that it’s very cheap near free.
