Bitcoin 26.0.0~1 on Start9 Server

I updated the bitcoin core software on my Start9 node and the status "Stopping this may take a while …" has not changed for days (possibly even a week now):

I do not not know what is happening. Couple of questions:

1. Is this expected for this release of Bitcoin Core and how long should I expect this to take?
2. If this is not expected how do I stop this as the stop button is missing?
