Next block fees are only around $4 rn. You can get in much lower if you wait.
Use lightning if you want fast and cheap transactions. Btc on chain will have high fees, that’s how the network supports itself.

I’ve used CB many times and it’s never more than a few dollars above the high priority fee rate. Check again after next block.

That isn’t a network/transaction fee. It’s a withdrawal fee. Coinbase doesn’t like to label it a withdrawal fee because then they can blame the network.
