How to buy Bitcoin in Russia?

I have a tenant in Moscow and he hasn’t been able to pay rent since the whole swift thing happened. So I was thinking he could pay me in Bitcoin.

Obviously he doesn’t want to put any effort in finding out how to do it because he’s good with no paying rent :/

So I’m trying to find out how I can tell him how to do it. I’ve tried researching but can’t find it anywhere and since I don’t live there it is a little harder.
Anyone here living in Russia that could point me in the right direction?
