Configure Tor on Bitcoin node

I’m following the guide on raspibolt.org under Raspberry Pi -> Privacy.

Here I need enter the below command in the root as superuser, but when I enter it nothing happens and the console just looks stuck. I can exit out of it, but it stops the process.

Am I just supposed to wait or what do I do?
