Anyone in Indonesia help a friend of mine with the basics?

As well know the whole crypto thing is overwhelming unless you are shown or research the heck out of it. Im to the point where I use it frequently, understand that “it works” just not so much the underlying mechanisms. Ill learn over time. Im good with that though. However, I don’t feel I have the knowledge to explain to someone else, especially as far away as that.

Here is the background. My friend does have a bank account with a major bank in Indo. Does anyone from Indonesia care to explain (laymans terms) how they go about using it? Just what exhange/custodial wallet (for now) etc etc. Thanks in advance. Oh and her english is fine so no language barrier. PM is fine or post on here. I just dont want to give bad information to her. Obviously Ill just forward it along to her.
